FOREVER GUARANTEE & LIFETIME REPAIR
We design our minimalist wallets to endure decades of daily carry. When life happens, a popped seam, a worn snap, or an accidental tear, our local repair studio restores your carry to full utility instead of throwing it into a landfill.
How it works:
- Scan Your QR Code: Every EcoNest wallet features a laser-etched, interior QR tag linked to your digital warranty.
- Submit a Claim: Tap the QR code or visit our contact portal to log your repair request in under 60 seconds.
- Drop Off or Ship: Bring your wallet to our Downtown Colorado Springs studio or mail it using a pre-paid shipping label. We stitch, reinforce, and refinish your piece using original reclaimed materials.
- Returned to Your Pocket: Your restored wallet is ready for pickup or shipped back within 7–10 business days, at zero cost to you.
TRADE-IN & CIRCULAR RECYCLING
True sustainability means taking full responsibility for a product’s end-of-life. If you ever decide to change styles or retire your wallet, our Reclamation Program ensures zero synthetic materials touch a municipal landfill.
The Return & Credit Process:
- Drop Off or Mail: Bring your retired wallet directly to our studio front counter or request a free mailer online.
- Material Decomposition: Received wallets are disassembled by hand. Structural polymers are ground into high-density pellets for secondary industrial manufacturing, while hardware components are sent to certified local metal recyclers.
- Earn $15 Credit: In appreciation for keeping waste out of landfills, we immediately issue a $15 EcoNest Credit toward your next recycled wallet or accessory.
MATERIAL SOURCING & VERIFICATION
We don’t hide behind vague buzzwords like “eco-friendly.” Every wallet is manufactured using ocean-bound PET plastics, discarded automotive seatbelt webbing, and post-industrial canvas.
Material Standards
- GRS Certified (Global Recycled Standard): 100% of exterior fabrics meet strict international verification for recycled content and chemical safety.
- Water-Free Production: Our fabric coloring process relies on solution-dyeing, saving up to 80 gallons of clean water per square yard compared to traditional leather tanning or virgin nylon processing. We believe in saving water.
- Waterproof Armor: Finished with a non-toxic, PFC-free durable water-repellent (DWR) barrier that shields your cards and cash from rain, mud, and everyday spills and rugged use.
